  Methods of Shipping used:

  • U. S. Priority Mail (First Class)
  • United Parcel Service
  • Federal Express
  U.S. , Standard Delivery (5-7 Business days)

    U. S. orders of $40 or less will be shipped by Priority Mail. U. S. orders over $40 will automatically be shipped via UPS unless specified otherwise by the customer. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Alaska, Hawaii and U. S. Territories require an additional 1-2 days. Shipments to APO and FPO addresses usually arrive within 21 business days.
  Costs for U. S. Shipping & Handling:

  • $5.00 for the first $20 of goods ordered

  • An additional 8% of costs of goods will be added to amounts over the first $20.
    [Example: an order totaling $36 would cost $6.28 for S & H]
  International and Expedited UPS delivery:

    All international orders must be shipped via United Parcel Service. Expedited (1 or 2-days delivery) is also available to U. S. or international customers.

    Standard UPS delivery time for international orders is 5-10 days. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. HME does not collect duties and taxes, and can not predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

    Customers desiring Federal Express delivery must provide their FedEx account number at te time of ordering. FedEx will automatically charge your shipping account for actual costs. HME will add a $5.00 handling fee to your order cost.
